Our Business

I.R. Publishing, LLC publishes investment research for the experienced investor.  Our publication “Stock Market Opportunities” consists

of an investment newsletter that specializes in finding some of the best stock investment opportunities available.  Established in 2019, I.R.

Publishing and its publications offer an alternative to the investment research that has traditionally been provided by one of the more

established brokerage firms.

Our Founder/Publisher

I.R. Publishing, LLC was founded by Carl Moot in 2019.  Prior to this, Mr. Moot was employed as a credit analyst at three commercial banks,

having 18+ years of experience in financial statement analysis.  In this capacity, Mr. Moot was responsible for analyzing and evaluating a

company's financial statements, making sure the bank was making loans to profitable and financially sound companies.  Mr. Moot personally

has 20+ years experience in investment analysis (stocks).  Mr. Moot holds an MBA from Le Moyne College.

Our Unique Approach

Mr. Moot uses a straight forward, no-nonsense approach in selecting his stocks, with a moderate to long term view.  His focus is on

uncovering undervalued stocks trading at a price discount, in companies that are growing and profitable, that have an overall solid financial

condition, with good operating cash flow.

Mr. Moot uses a sophisticated computer model that analyzes the fundamentals and trends of over 5,000 publicly traded companies, followed

by an in-depth analysis, on each company or stock selected.  Mr. Moot does not promise world-beating returns or immediate riches.  Instead,

he strives for returns that are well above average.
